Banquet Cook II

Our Cook II’s are responsible forproficiency in knife skills, the ability to work all stations, understand product usage and availability, and lead the kitchen in the absence of a Cook I. As a team leader, the Cook II supports daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and training, while fostering a positive, professional work environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: preparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards.

This role requires Demonstrate proficient knife skills and proper food preparation techniques Advanced culinary experience is required for this position, and employees will need a basic culinary tool kit (e.g. tongs, whisk, spatula, knifes, etc.)  Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
