What You’ll Do- Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager
- Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts
- Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point
- Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Support hiring, training, and developing team members
- Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front
- Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture
- Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed
- Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred
- Someone who brings energy, positivity, and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
