• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and a smooth dining experience.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop FOH team members and supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Monitor restaurant sales, labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable liquor regulations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, liquor, and other beverage offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, management, and other operational teams.
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented restaurant culture.

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of food, liquor, wine, beer, and beverages.
• Strong and fair leadership abilities.

• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
