Are you excited to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages? Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, HI and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning/delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know/broadcast safety regulations and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business requires.
• Freely access all store areas including sales floor, stock areas, register areas and loading dock area.
• Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, vision needs, lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day; availability must span at least three days.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.40 to $19.40, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. Full benefits will be discussed upon offer.
