Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead team members, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates will have retail or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion. This role offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and achieving sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and inventory management
- Help train and develop team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Open and close the store as needed and handle cash and point-of-sale procedures
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on our products
- Process transactions efficiently at the point-of-sale
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Process products for the sales floor and assist with merchandise displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
- Minimum of 6 months retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion and current style trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour
