Expected pay range for a Retail Specialist in Hilo is $18.50 - $22.10 per hour

HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii, is seeking to hire a full‑time Retail Specialist who will provide excellent service to our customers. The role includes completing cash register transactions, maintaining a clean and well‑merchandised store, and continually learning about our product offerings.
ResponsibilitiesThe Retail Specialist efficiently completes cash register transactions, ensures the store is clean, tidy, and well‑merchandised, and provides outstanding customer service.
Qualifications- Customer service and retail experience
- Cashier experience is highly preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Medical (including prescription drug, vision, and chiropractor/massage/acupuncture or Health Reimbursement Account $2,400 a year)
- Dental (with ortho coverage for employee and dependents)
