Job Overview

Scotts Miracle-Gro is looking for a Seasonal Merchandiser to join our Field Sales team at Scotts/Hawthorne. The hourly rate generally falls between $20.00 and $21.00 and is paid weekly.

• Execute merchandising directives and re-sets.
• Provide product knowledge on Scotts brands to customers and store associates.
• Ensure products are stocked and presentable at all times.
• Identify opportunities for solution selling and incremental space.
• Support the Sales Manager and store employees as needed.
• Work effectively independently and as a team.

• Experience in retail, merchandising and/or stocking preferred.
• Problem‑solving and service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to operate company‑provided technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capacity to routinely walk, stand, climb an 8‑12 foot ladder, lift up to 45 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
