Framework Ventures is seeking a Partnership Sales Support Associate to facilitate sales activities between partners and Loan Originators. This role involves building relationships, driving volume, and recommending Figure products to support partner businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in sales or sales support within the financial services industry. Responsibilities include communication with partners, enhancing sales meetings, developing training resources, and gathering feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Compensation ranges from $74,800 to $88,000 per year, with a bonus target and stock options.
