Job Summary
Fast‑paced Rental Manager Trainee program designed to develop industry knowledge and sales skills, with an expected duration of 18‑24 months and the opportunity to accelerate to 12 months.
Essential Functions- Handle sales processes and inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
- Generate leads for rental, lease and used vehicle sales.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
- Meet overall market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain and grow the customer base.
- Serve as an On‑Call Representative on a voluntary basis, based on scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- High energy, self‑motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
- Quick learner with common sense.
- Ability to relocate regionally/US at program’s conclusion.
- Intermediate computer literacy (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- One (1) year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience (preferred).
- Intermediate computer literacy (required).

- Salary: $55,000–$57,000 per year.
