Job Overview
Territory Manager, Residential Construction – Field Based, remote employee – Honolulu. This role works with The Home Depot and Lowe’s Pro ecosystems to improve lead conversion and expand trade partnerships in residential construction and home services.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability across the territory.
- Provide training support on end‑user sales and product knowledge.
- Identify and convert top national and large regional end users by initiating introductions and building relationships.
- Collaborate with key PRO outside and inside sales representatives at Lowe’s and THD to train and assist in selling to targeted end users.
- Form strategic partnerships with national associations and leverage key retailers to execute targeted promotions and other programs.
- Serve as the team expert for the dedicated trade vertical, gaining in‑depth knowledge of the trade and supporting conversion opportunities.
- Identify and engage with large residential jobsites, building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate product seeding, research, and other initiatives.
- Plan and execute large PRO events in collaboration with Lowe’s and THD.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (construction field experience may substitute for higher education).
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Competitive salary range of $62,200 – $100,200 (total target cash compensation).
