Rental Sales Representative

Job Description

The Rental Sales Representative acts as the front‑line sales agent for vehicle rentals to current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management, and strong customer communication skills.

• Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitation, managing the full sales process.
• Execute the business unit’s marketing plan and maintain accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads; maximize rate opportunities and meeting market share goals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and coordinate overall inventory to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
• Drive profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships, resolving concerns and disputes.
• Build constructive relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining composure in stressful situations.

• Serve as On‑Call Representative on a voluntary basis according to schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year or more sales experience required.

Hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.00.
