Rental Sales Agent - PT

Overview

Avis Budget Group is hiring for airport rental counters. Compensation is $20.00/hour with unlimited commission potential and an average full-time earnings around $75,360/year. Shift premium may apply. We’re seeking motivated, personable individuals who enjoy helping customers and recommending solutions that improve their travel experience.

• Rent vehicles at airport rental counters and promote products and services.
• Process rental contracts and actively listen to customer needs.
• Use a consultative approach to upsell while delivering professional, friendly service to build trust and loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports satisfaction and earning potential.

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfort with recommending products and services based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; this position cannot be performed remotely.
• Experience in real estate, retail, or consultative sales in a fast-paced environment is a bonus (6 months).

• Bi-weekly hourly wage plus commission/incentive/bonus with unlimited earning potential (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage).
• On-the-job training to enhance professional sales skills.
