Provide customer service within a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor access points and observe facility activity to deter unauthorized entry, support visitor direction, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Document incidents, patrol observations, and/or notable activity in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management
