Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support appropriate reporting and follow-up actions.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or pedestrian traffic while communicating with visitors, staff, and public personnel regarding access procedures and observed concerns.;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, client contacts, and/or first responders as needed.
