Overview
We are looking to hire a Mitigation Lead Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for daily on-the-job activities including but not limited to, management, completion, customer satisfaction, maintaining company standards, and overseeing technician teams. Our Company is an Emergency Service company with a potential 24hrs availability response.
The Lead Technician should be capable of guiding individuals to fulfill their assigned goals by enhancing efficiency and maximizing quality through exceptional critical thinking. They should also be able to boost morale, initiate action, and improve the working environment. All thoughts, communication, and actions of a Lead Technician should lead to the company s standard of excellence.
Primary Responsibilities- Drive company vehicle and maintain appropriate crew and equipment to job sites
- Perform property restoration duties as required (see list below)
- Water extraction and set up drying equipment
- Mold/sewage removal and cleaning
- Fire/smoke damage cleaning
- Biohazard Remediation
- Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup
- Complete detailed documentation and take photos
- Manage job from beginning to end and oversee Tech Helpers
- Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations
- Provide assistance to the management team
- Provide customers with excellent communication, description of job scope, and accurate quotes via proprietary software, etc.
- Perform other tasks (maintain equipment & supplies, custodial duties, etc.)
- Accomplish on-site-jobs by deadlines
- Scheduling and dispatching of Tech teams
- Previous experience in property damage restoration
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Desire to grow and open to learning
- Honesty
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to get IICRC certified and continued education as required
- Valid driver s license required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willing to work on-call, after-hours rotation
- Ability to lift 50lbs
