Field Service Technician II – Honolulu, HI

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to serve retail and banking customers by installing, maintaining, and supporting electromechanical self‑service systems such as ATMs and self‑checkout stations.

Salary Range: $40,800.00 – $59,200.00

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Proficient PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capable of carrying, lifting tools and equipment up to 50lbs. without assistance.
• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitively manipulating objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• Certification: A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
• One or more years of related experience.
