We're looking for a solid Journeyman Mason who knows their trade, shows up ready to work, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
What You'll Be Doing- Build forms for slabs, walls, stairs, and other concrete work
- Set up and work with snap tie forms
- Lay CMU block walls and columns
- Tie and place rebar based on plans
- Finish concrete, including stamped and colored finishes
- Read plans and follow layouts
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized
- Work closely with the crew and project managers
- Make sure work is done right, safely, and on schedule
- 5+ years of concrete and masonry experience preferred
- Strong background in structural concrete work
- Experience with snap tie forming
- Skilled with CMU block installation
- Strong concrete finishing skills
- Able to read construction plans
- Reliable and shows up every day ready to work
- Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
- Honest, respectful, and professional
- Can work independently without being babysat
- Must have your own truck and masonry/concrete tools
- Comfortable working in Hawaii's local culture and team environment
- Quality work that passes inspection and looks good
