Journeyman Mason​/Concrete Finisher

• Build and install forms for slabs, walls, stairs, and other concrete structures
• Set up and work with snap tie forming systems
• Lay CMU block walls, columns, and structural masonry
• Tie and place reinforcing steel according to project plans
• Place, finish, stamp, and color concrete to a high standard
• Read construction drawings and follow layout requirements accurately
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Coordinate with Project Managers, carpenters, and fellow tradespeople
• Deliver quality workmanship while keeping projects moving on schedule

• 5+ years of concrete and masonry experience
• Strong background in structural concrete construction
• Experience with snap tie forming systems
• Skilled in CMU block installation and concrete finishing
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dependable with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Professional, respectful, and team-oriented
• Own truck and masonry or concrete tools
• Appreciation for Hawaii's local culture and collaborative work environment

• Deliver masonry and concrete work that consistently meets Imagine Development's quality standards
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites that reflect professionalism
• Work independently while communicating effectively with the team
• Build lasting trust through dependable workmanship and attention to detail
