3 sites a day. 10 hours a day cap. ($265/site)
Job Description:We are seeking experienced Telecom/Field Technicians to install and commission Starlink satellite dishes at T-Mobile baseband/cell sites
.
- Install and mount Starlink dishes and related equipment.
- Route and connect Ethernet, power, and network cabling.
- Align and activate Starlink equipment.
- Connect Starlink to site/network infrastructure.
- Perform basic connectivity testing and troubleshooting.
- Complete cable labeling, grounding, weatherproofing, and site documentation.
- Take installation photos and complete site closeout reports.
- Travel to multiple T-Mobile cell sites as required.
- 2+ years of telecom, wireless, network, or field technician experience.
- Cell-site or baseband experience preferred.
- Experience with Ethernet/network cabling.
- Basic understanding of IP networking.
- Ability to work outdoors and at remote cell sites.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- OSHA 10/30 and tower/cell-site experience preferred.
