The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a HVH Engineer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our HVH Engineer’s have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

• Provide all manner of handyman services to the Residents luding but not limited to: golf cart repair and maintenance, painting, carpentry, appliance installation and repair, locksmithing, oiling furniture, hanging pictures, installing shelves, minor electrical work, minor plumbing repairs or plunging, and other owner requested services as requested
• Provide preventative maintenance to custom home lots including but not limited to: landscape light replacement, roof and eaves maintenance, lanai maintenance, light bulb inspection and replacement, garage door adjustments and replacement, and other preventative maintenance needs as necessary.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment including keeping par stocks and ordering replacement supplies.
• Maintain consistent productivity on a daily basis.
• Keep a detailed record of billable hours each day.
• The ability to be flexible with scheduling as the occupancy varies.
• The ability to operate a golf cart.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Basic computer skills- BMS / Rapid response system (Hot Sos)
• Previous handyman/engineering experience required
• Must be able to stay organized and problem solve effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment, handling many tasks at the same time.

• Hourly Rate: $38.00
