Delivery Driver

Job Summary: The Delivery Driver is responsible for picking, palletizing, and loading products in designated vehicle to safely and timely deliver to various locations around the island.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive a commercial vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
• Pick, pack, and palletize orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of produce to the correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt using tablets.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, perform minor maintenance tasks, and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, and any incidents or accidents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any complaints or concerns professionally.
• Load and unload products using manual/electric pallet jacks and hand trucks ensuring that it is handled with care to prevent damage.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current PUC Medical Certificate.
• Clean driving record with drivers abstract.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
