The Warehouse Associate supports the day‑to‑day operations of PMDP's facilities at 905 Kalanianaole Hwy., Kailua, HI. This role is responsible for assisting with the preparation, maintenance, organization, and testing of operational and field equipment to ensure mission‑ready readiness across all program areas. Working under the direction of the Marine Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate contributes to warehouse operations, inventory management, systems organization, and equipment logistics.

This position plays a key support role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and functionality of PMDP's tools, gear, and operational systems. This position is strictly shore‑based and does not involve field deployment, vessel operations, diving, or in‑water activities. It provides logistical, technical, and operational support within established direction and does not hold supervisory or independent decision‑making authority.

• Support daily warehouse operations, including organization, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and work spaces
• Prepare, test, and stage operational and field gear for missions and training activities
• Assist with inventory tracking, equipment check‑in/check‑out systems, and supply management
• Maintain and service tools, fabrication materials, and operational systems to ensure mission readiness
• Support digitization and organization of legacy systems, records, and operational workflows
• Assist in the development and improvement of inventory and asset management systems, including digital tools or applications
• Support logistics coordination for equipment movement, shipping, and storage
• Contribute to general facility upkeep, safety compliance, and operational efficiency

• Assist Marine Operations Manager with day‑to‑day operational and logistical needs
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems, tools, and workflows
• Contribute to development of standardized processes for equipment maintenance and tracking
• Assist in organizing and streamlining mission‑ready gear and operational supplies
• Provide general support for evolving program and facility needs as required
