ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT MARKETING

• Assist in maintaining and updating accounting records related to marketing activities.
• Process and verify marketing-related invoices, bills, purchase orders, and expense claims.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper accounting classification.
• Track marketing expenses against approved budgets and report variances to the concerned manager.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Accounts teams for timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
• Verify supporting documents for marketing expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing expense statements, payment schedules, and periodic financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial records.
• Reconcile marketing expenses, vendor accounts, and relevant ledger balances.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to marketing expenses.
• Assist the Accounts team during audits by providing required records and supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Candidates with

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualifications will be preferred. Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software is desirable.
