Construction CAD Designer - Architectural Designer

HHI Builders is a luxury Design–Build–Remodel firm serving Hilton Head and Bluffton. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling and whole-home transformations.

Our team operates with precision, accountability, and craftsmanship. As we scale toward $10M+ in annual revenue, we are seeking an Architectural Designer who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment and takes pride in producing clear, buildable construction documents.

The Architectural Designer plays a critical role in translating the client's vision into accurate, permit-ready construction drawings.

This is not just drafting.

This is coordination, foresight, and field-ready documentation.

You will work closely with our Project Directors, Interior Designers, Estimator, and Project Managers to ensure that every project is:

• Code-compliant
• Structurally sound
• Fully coordinated
• Clear for trade execution
• Ready for permitting

• You will not be isolated in a drafting department.
• You will work inside a fully integrated design-build process.
• Your drawings will directly impact margin, schedule, and client satisfaction.

• Anticipate field conflicts
• Think through construction sequencing
• Protect clarity before problems arise
• Take ownership of documentation accuracy

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
