A respected, physician-led oncology group in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a qualified Hematology & Oncology physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only No hospital or inpatient rounding
- Balanced hematology and oncology mix
- Average 18-20 patients per day with MA and nursing support
- Modern infusion centers, on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncology
- Minimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only)
- Opportunity to participate in research
- Potential leadership opportunity available with an annual stipend
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $500K-$650K (DOE) Annual potential: $700K-$800K+
- Sign-on / relocation bonus:
Up to $25K - 5 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays
- $5K CME stipend
