A well-established healthcare organization in the Hilton Head area is actively seeking a full‑time Primary Care Physician to join its expanding outpatient team. The position emphasizes outpatient medicine with strong specialist collaboration and minimal hospital responsibilities.

Position Overview- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic diseases
- Conduct preventive health visits and routine physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care management teams
- Utilize EMR systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives and population health programs
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑focused care
Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
