Westminster Theological Seminary is offering the Providence Pastoral Residency Program, a unique internship for seminary students or recent graduates focused on parish ministry within a Presbyterian context. Residents will gain invaluable experience in congregational ministry and church leadership while engaging in various ministry responsibilities.
This is a part-time (20-30 hours per week) or potentially full-time (40 hours per week) role, with financial compensation packages of $30,000 and $60,000 respectively. The program also includes housing assistance to allow residents to fully engage in church life on Hilton Head Island.
