Cleaning Crew Member – Hilton Head Medical Center

We are seeking dedicated housekeepers for three openings on the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all spaces are clean, sanitary, and inviting. This is located on Hilton Head Island.

• Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and glass surfaces.
• Make up beds and change linens.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.
• Handle housekeeping problems like spills and broken glasses.
• Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, and environmental services.
• Ability to mop, sweep, and sanitize effectively.

• Experience in custodial duties.
• Ability to handle housekeeping equipment.
• Professionalism in interactions with guests and team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilton Head Island, SC.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
