Pool & Concierge Attend - Inn; Seasonal

As a Pool & Beach Concierge Attendant, you will curate a refined and relaxing outdoor experience for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering gracious, personalized service. Your role ensures that every pool and beach area reflects the resort’s commitment to Forbes Five-Star standards — pristine, inviting, and flawlessly maintained.

Start May 4, 2026, End September 4, 2026. Must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

• Prepare and maintain elegant lounge setups, including poolside and beach seating.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth, offering towels, chilled water, and refreshments.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness in partnership with the F&B team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas throughout the day.
• Support a serene and polished environment that reflects the luxury resort experience.

You are poised, service-minded, and attentive to detail. You thrive in an outdoor setting and take pride in creating exceptional moments that leave lasting impressions. Previous hospitality experience and a passion for luxury service are preferred.
