THE BAYSHORE is recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Maintenance Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community.
Daily Responsibilities- Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and following safety protocols.
- Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from Director of Plant Operations
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Trade School diploma preferred and 2+ years experience in hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance
- Electrical / HVAC experience preferred
Starting rates of $22+/hr depending on experience
