We specialize in interior and exterior repainting, cabinet painting and refacing, and commercial work. We are growth-oriented and expanding into new markets, but we do not lower the bar to do it.

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hilton Head Island, SC
. You own the job from start to finish. You will plan the schedule, coordinate crews and materials, manage jobsite logistics, and enforce quality standards. You will run daily production, catch issues early, solve problems fast, and keep clients informed without over explaining.

You are accountable for timeline, cleanliness, workmanship, and customer experience. If a job goes sideways, you fix it. If standards slip, you correct it.

• Proven project management ownership. You plan, execute, and close without babysitting.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills across crews, subs, and vendors.
• Logistics mindset. Materials, access, protection, sequencing, punch list.
• Quality control discipline. You inspect, document, and enforce standards.
• Clear communication. Calm, direct, professional with clients and crews.
• Leadership under pressure. You run multiple jobs and keep order.
• Construction or trade experience preferred. Coachable and detail-driven required.
