Greenville Kidney Care is a privately owned, physician-led nephrology practice committed to providing exceptional kidney care while maintaining a culture that feels more like family than corporate healthcare. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to grow with us- not just work for us.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working closely with physicians, and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of a thriving practice.
What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive outpatient nephrology care alongside our physicians
- Participate in dialysis patient rounding and management
- Assist with inpatient consultations and follow up care
- Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on kidney disease management
- Participate in shared call responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
