As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to grow with us- not just work for us.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working closely with physicians, and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of a thriving practice.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient nephrology care alongside our physicians
• Participate in dialysis patient rounding and management
• Assist with inpatient consultations and follow up care
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease management
• Participate in shared call responsibilities
• Build lasting relationships with patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active South Carolina License (or ability to obtain)
• Nephrology experience strongly preferred
• Dialysis experience preferred
