Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is recruiting a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager. The role focuses on delivering compassionate hospice care, managing caseloads, and ensuring high-quality patient comfort at home.
The RN will coordinate with families and care teams to educate and support caregivers, build trust, and uphold dignity in end-of-life care. A valid RN license, two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), and CPR/BCLS certification are required.
