ResponsibilitiesEstablishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote health or support peaceful death, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, and maintaining accountability for care management.
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing school, current RN licensure in the appropriate state, with a preference for at least one year of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Reactivation or reinstatement of licensure may require completing a Board-approved refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five years or more.
