Role

Registered Nurse in the General Med/Surg department, providing compassionate, individualized patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and managing patient needs according to policies and best practices.

Establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote health or support peaceful death, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, and maintaining accountability for care management.

Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current RN licensure in the appropriate state, with a preference for at least one year of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Reactivation or reinstatement of licensure may require completing a Board-approved refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five years or more.
