Registered Nurse - Float Pool

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team, providing full-time, day shift care in a hospital setting
.

Key responsibilities include establishing personalized relationships with patients, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful death. The RN utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to guide patients through their health journey, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred),
current RN licensure in the appropriate state, and at least one year of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates with inactive licenses must complete a Board-approved refresher course to reactivate.
