Role:
Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical (Acute Care) Unit, working full-time night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
Responsibilities:Lead the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, ensuring safe, high-quality care in accordance with policies and procedures. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the appropriate state. Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates with inactive licenses over five years must complete a Board-approved refresher course prior to reinstatement.
