Role:
Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU, primarily working night shifts in a part-time capacity.
Responsibilities:Serve as a healthcare team leader by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. Use evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, taking responsibility for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in the appropriate state. Preferably, possess a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
