Mon–Fri 8:30am–7:30pm, Sat 9:00am–5:30pm, Sun 9:00am–4:30pm.
Compensation is $75.00 per hour; benefits include a 401(k) match for full-time staff. Role focuses on comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and care coordination with a team using EPIC EMR.
