Responsibilities include:- u003
- Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously. u003
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. u003
- Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures. u003
- Provide resident care as assigned. u003
- Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions. u003
- Dispense medications per physicians' orders. u003
- Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.

- Greet residents, employees, and guests warmly, by name, and with a smile. u003
- Treat everyone with courteous respect. u003
- Anticipate resident, employee, and guest needs and act accordingly. u003
- Listen and respond enthusiastically in a timely manner. u003
