Harris Teeter - - - Responsibilities:
Assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department.;
Assist the Department Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.;
Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including performing duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef.;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisal; reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems.;
Uphold excellent customer service and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
