Supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department;
Assist the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interview and train associates; participate in performance appraisals;
Plan, assign, and direct work; reward and discipline associates; address complaints;
Process and stock products according to Dairy/Frozen standards; maintain clean work areas; unload and reload stock
