TBWA EBOKO Amsterdam is seeking a paired Art Director + Copywriter with 3-4 years of agency experience to join a mini-agency pod. You will create social-first ideas grounded in culture and balance speed with craft while aligning with strategy, accounts, and production.
You will translate trends and platform dynamics into platform-native concepts, collaborate across disciplines, present ideas confidently to clients, and help build campaigns that travel beyond the feed.
