Monks is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer for a fixed-term contract to join the XCM EU creative team, owning campaigns end-to-end from brief to final delivery. You'll run the production of branded content and campaign work across the XCM slate: scoping the job, building the budget and schedule, hiring the right directors and crews, and steering the work through shoot, edit and delivery.
