Financial Controlling Manager – APAC

• Supporting and mentoring the local APAC accounting team to ensure timely and quality financial reporting for entities under direct responsibility.
• Analyzing and reviewing monthly reporting packages for entities within different company groups and liaising with local finance teams.
• Leading the monthly consolidation process and inter‑company reconciliations, reporting to the S4 group team.
• Acting as the main contact for the financial reporting tool and driving improvement of current working practices.
• Liaising with various stakeholders, including local finance teams, S4 group team, FP&A, MDs, tax, legal, HR, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting standards, including preparing accounting position papers (IFRS).
• Overseeing the group audit process.
• Assisting with monthly board reporting to the management board.
• Playing a role in implementing new finance systems and driving process improvement and transformation projects.
• Contributing to process documentation and improvement, as well as building a future‑proof finance and reporting structure.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience, preferably in a high growth, international company.
• Experience with in a transformation environment.
• Experience using Netsuite is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both with financial and non‑financial professionals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in IFRS.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
