Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst – Corporate Team

• Review contracts, IOs, and SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rules.
• Manage the billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basis.
• Assist legal and sales teams to assess customer credit and risk.
• Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting process efficiency.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed.

• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in AR/billing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Comfort working with various computer systems and large data sets.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in AdTech or technology startups is preferred.
