Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Mid Analyst – Commercial Finance

Are you a finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and real-time business impact? We are looking for a Commercial FP&A Analyst to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers in a silo—you will be the financial co-pilot to our Commercial and Client Management teams. You will directly influence pricing strategies, evaluate new deals under IFRS standards, and unlock insights that drive revenue and gross margin expansion across our multinational footprint.

• Business Partnership: Act as the primary financial advisor to the Sales and Client Management teams, influencing pricing structures, commercial proposals, and investment decisions.
• Deal Structuring: From Pricing to Execution. Join the deal’s journey and partner with the business across the whole process.
• Compliance: Draft IFRS accounting memos for new and complex deals, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with global standards.
• Advanced Analytics: Lead deep-dive revenue reviews and gross margin analyses to identify growth opportunities, leakages, and profitability drivers.

• Insightful Reporting: Move beyond standard reporting to deliver high-impact, actionable insights that help business leaders make fast, data-driven decisions.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to connect financial models with sales strategies and real-time commercial opportunities.
• Analytical Thinking: Expertise in executing deep-dive revenue reviews and extracting actionable insights from complex data.
• Strategic Modeling: Proficiency in translating intricate business logic into clean, dynamic financial models.
• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional skills to partner as a co-pilot with non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Finance. Tech or Multinational company experience is a huge plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Solid understanding of IFRS standards and revenue recognition criteria.
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in deal structuring, pricing strategies, revenue planning, and project valuation.
