Sociëteit 'de Unie' in Hilversum zoekt een ervaren Operationeel / F&B Manager die eindverantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de vereniging, inclusief keuken, bediening en bar. Je geeft leiding aan circa 10 medewerkers en vertaalt strategie naar concrete jaar- en afdelingsplannen, bewaakt voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Je combineert hands-on leiding met strategisch inzicht en hebt mbo4/hbo werk- en denkniveau, ruime horeca‑leidingservaring en kennis van F&B-processen,
