Monks is seeking a Talent Discovery Coordinator to play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and delivering a top-end candidate experience within our Talent Discovery team. You’ll refine recruitment practices, promote best practices, and source emerging talent to drive overall success.
You will manage interview scheduling, maintain documentation, collaborate with Talent Operations and recruiters to ensure data integrity in Greenhouse, and support onboarding with HR and IT.
