Vlotte Tantes zoekt een nauwkeurige HR Operations Professional voor 32 uur per week in de regio Hilversum. Je verzorgt de HR-administratie, ondersteunt HR-adviseurs en zorgt voor tijdige afhandeling van contracten en mutaties.
Je werkt met HR-systemen (bij voorkeur Personio) en MS Office 365, bewaakt datakwaliteit en helpt mee aan recruitment, interne activiteiten en procesverbeteringen. Vereist zijn minimaal 2 jaar operationele HR-ervaring en een servicegerichte, hands-on houding.
