Brandweer Gooi en Vechtstreek zoekt een energieke Coördinator Incidentbestrijding die vrijwilligers motiveert, faciliteert en verbindende schakel is tussen posten en management. Je bent zichtbaar op de posten, kent de vrijwilligers en bewaakt de operationele paraatheid en vakbekwaamheid.
Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal drie jaar leidinggevende ervaring. Mogelijkheid tot combineren met Officier van Dienst bij geschiktheid; opleiding via VR Gooi en Vechtstreek mogelijk.
